Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.



All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, hampers, food & drink boxes, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as candles)
  • Custom-made and altered items
  • Furniture and other Big & Bulky items
  • Personalised and monogrammed products
  • Electric toothbrushes
  • Face masks
  • Klariphy Gift Cards
  • Klariphy eGift Cards
  • Other Gift Cards

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

As a consumer, your rights are protected under statutory consumer guarantees in relation to items or services purchased from Klariphy. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, an exchange, or a refund under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable timeframe. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value. These consumer guarantees apply to items or services and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item.
